RACE REGISTRATION:
- All race registration is facilitated through the NEMS Racing online registration system, AdminSkiRacing (ASR).
- To register, you must have an account/profile on masters.amindskiracing.com.
- If you need to create an account, click here for instructions. It will only take a couple of minutes to set up.
- Once you have an account with ASR, you can register for any NEMS race with a click of a button.
- Race Payment - A valid credit card on file is required. NEMS does not process charges until after the event.
- Race Withdrawal - Racers can withdraw from an event, without penalty, until the date and time listed on the event page.
- Did Not Start Fee - If a racer is registered for an event, and does not attend, they will be charged a Did Not Start Fee of $20.00 in place of the Race Fee. A racer is not charged both fees. For more info on the DNS Fee, please visit the NEMS Policy page: https://nemsracing.org/policies
NEMS is thrilled to return to Whaleback for an exciting day with TWO Slalom races (4 runs) at one of the most uniquely awesome race trails around. Following the races be sure to stick around for the after-party where we'll be handing out awards and prizes from our sponsors.

- Discipline: Slalom - 2 FULL races (4 total runs)
- Race Fee: $80 (Includes Lift Ticket)
- USSS License Required?: No
- NEMS Membership Required?: No - See NEMS Membership Policy for more info.
- Age Restriction: No. All racers should be able to race on a Masters-level Slalom race course.

Race Day Info:
- Registration: 7:30 – 9:00 AM (Base Lodge - 1st Floor)
- Lift Opens: 9:00 AM
- Inspection: 9:15 – 9:50 AM
- Race 1 Start: 10:00 AM
- Awards: 1hr. following completion of Race 2 (Base Lodge – 2nd Floor)
Things to Consider:
The great thing about Whaleback is that everything is close. The parking lot is 60 seconds off the highway and is right next to the Base Lodge and the snow. Race registration will take place in the Base Lodge (see Race Info Sheet). You can get ready in the lodge and leave your bags or you can simply drop your bag back at your vehicle.
The main chairlift is what you will take to get to the race start. The lift is next to the Base Lodge.
Whaleback does have a small cafeteria and serves breakfast and lunch. Options are limited compared to bigger venues, so consider that when thinking about food for the day. There is a full-service bar upstairs as well.
